1. Getting to know you and scoping the role

  • While helping hire for your team, I will also serve as a growth and marketing advisor for your team as part of your retainer. This is for a few reasons:

    • By getting to know your business, I can make sure I can find the right candidate profile, and in turn really tell them about the opportunity

    • By working together, we’ll build a our relationship, refine expectations for the future hire, and set a great foundation for the hire to come into

  • Once I’ve gotten to know your business and how you’re thinking about the role, we will refine the ideal candidate profile, job description, and go live or revise.

2. Sourcing and vetting the right candidates

  • I take total ownership over the candidate pipeline, inbound and sourced to ensure that you’re getting the utmost candidate quality. From inbound review, to sourcing, to screening, all steps are crucial to securing the right hire. I have a >80% conversion rate from screen to on site.

  • I will use my personal and 2nd degree networks to outbound to the best possible candidates to make sure you’re getting a rounded candidate pool for your role. I leverage 3rd party data and industry knowledge to refine your talent pool. Personally sourced candidates make up ~75% of top hires historically. I have a 90% response rate to candidate outreach.

  • In the vetting process, I will work with your team to combine my battle-proven screening process that tests for growth and position based fundamentals with any company specific needs to keep the screen to on site quality bar high, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

3. Selling the right candidate - building a relationship and setting them up for success

  • Once we have a candidate we want to extend an offer to, I can help with closing the candidate, from sell calls, to references, and industry benchmarks.

  • Once the candidate has accepted, we can work together on setting the foundations for their onboarding plan based on their skill set to set them up for success. I can help fill in management gaps, make recommendations on future team buildout, and provide mentorship and onboarding support through continued advisory.
